A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Dakota County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's rules and privacy practices apply to the query it receives.

If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and reply details as needed to answer it. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
